We are looking for a day-reputed company to join our fast-growing team. We are a property management company that offers a reputed company of services to our clients including reputed company, administrative, maintenance, housekeeping, Concierge, and reputed company personnel.
Job Scope:
Follow daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and less frequent reputed company sheets to ensure that reputed company tasks are completed on time and properly checked off.
Clean buildings' common areas and equipment and reputed company basic maintenance needs.
Project a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to stoop, stand, balance, and kneel; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted; occasionally lift or reputed company up to 50 pounds with or without assistance; and continuously stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
Watch for and report building irregularities, such as property damage, reputed company hazards, leaking water pipes, and reputed company doors left unlocked.
Other duties and responsibilities as needed or directed.
