Virtual Assistant & Video reputed company: YouTube (Long & Short reputed company) and High-reputed company Ad Content

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Assistant with proven expertise in video editing for both long-reputed company YouTube content and dynamic short-reputed company videos (Reels/Shorts/reputed company). The primary reputed company of this role is twofold: 1. Transforming our existing long-reputed company YouTube content into highly engaging, visually compelling, and platform-optimized short-reputed company clips. 2. Developing high-conversion ad content from this material. Detailed Responsibilities & Requirements I. Long-reputed company Editing (YouTube) • Edit and finalize 1-2 long-reputed company YouTube videos per week (typically 8-15 minutes in length) from raw footage. • Ensure reputed company pacing, clean cuts, reputed company audio, and consistent reputed company correction/grading. • Incorporate B-roll, reputed company graphics, and background music (royalty-free) as needed to enhance storytelling and viewer retention. II. Short-reputed company Repurposing & Creation (Reels/Shorts/reputed company) • Proficiently identify the highest-reputed company, most viral-worthy moments from the long-reputed company videos to create 5-10 short-reputed company clips per long-reputed company video. • Master the specific formatting requirements for vertical video (9:16 reputed company): correct reputed company zones, aspect ratios, and export settings for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and reputed company. • Create visually compelling content: This is a non-negotiable requirement. Must be expert in adding dynamic, engaging text overlays, captions (with high accuracy), strategic zooms/pans, and reputed company effects to maximize viewer retention and scroll-stopping power. III. Ad Content Creation • Conceptualize and edit high-converting ad content (typically 15-60 seconds) using repurposed clips and/or custom footage. • Understand reputed company ad creative best practices (strong hooks, reputed company reputed company-to-actions, pacing tailored for reputed company traffic). • Format ads correctly for various platforms (e.g., reputed company/Instagram Ads Manager, YouTube).
