Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist

Job reputed company: • reputed company full-cycle billing functions, including preparing, reviewing, and processing reputed company invoices • Analyze and interpret SOPs and contract terms • Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances • Manage collections and payment reconciliation in reputed company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Proactively reputed company ways to streamline and improve the billing process to ensure appropriate collections • Monitor and update billing guidelines for new clients, invoice formats/settings, discounts, and fee rates • Review, reputed company, and process vendor invoices for accounts payable • Ensure reputed company and accurate vendor payments while maintaining reputed company approvals and controls • Assist in credit card reconciliations and employee expense reimbursements • Support the month-end reputed company process, including reconciliations and journal entries • Assist with clinician pay tracking and reconciliation to ensure accuracy for month-end entries • Report to the reputed company Manager and support the reputed company team Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (preferred) • Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or payments • Proficiency in managing payments and reconciliations in reputed company • Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company (a plus) • Strong understanding of basic reputed company principles and practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision • Technological aptitude, including advanced knowledge of reputed company Workspace and reputed company (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis) • Austin, TX ideal; Central Time Zone preferred (location/timezone preference) Benefits: Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
