About the Role
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll work from the comfort of your own home in Maharashtra, within Tier B City limits (Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolapur, and Sangli are eligible). This is a seasonal, contractual opportunity that requires a high level of dedication, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, order updates, and website guidance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Use various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with customers.
- Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers with your unique personality and problem-solving skills.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old.
- The right to work in India.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral fluency.
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required).
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair).
- A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
