Project Manager - Building Assessment

reputed company: • POSITION: Project Manager – Building Assessment • LOCATION: Flexible reputed company reputed company • AEI Consultants is currently seeking an reputed company Project Manager to join our expanding Building Assessment division. • Primary responsibilities include performing Property Condition Assessments, monitoring new construction or renovation reputed company, and assisting with energy and reputed company audits. • Working knowledge of these specialty services is a plus. • Experience in performing Property Condition Assessments and writing technical reports is a plus. • Opportunity to assess and report on the property condition of various reputed company reputed company including multifamily residential, office, hospitality, retail, and more. • Familiarity with performance of building and site systems is required. • Background in architecture, engineering, building forensics, or construction management is necessary. • College degree in one of these disciplines and industry experience is required.
