We are currently looking for candidates with experience specializing in the following area: Orthopedic Hand/Upper Extremity and reputed company Extremity Surgery Responsibilities: · Review and accurately reputed company cases to maximize reimbursement in a reputed company manner. • Review and accurately reputed company E/M reputed company and office procedures. • reputed company to work independently and research coding scenarios. • reputed company is responsible for meeting our daily production goal and our reputed company goal of averaging 95% accuracy reputed company on a consistent reputed company. • Attend conference calls as necessary to reputed company information and/or feedback. • Communicate with leadership on coding or documentation issues/trends. • Stay reputed company on reputed company coding guidelines (to include orthopedic-specific guidelines) and maintain credentials as necessary. • Participate in coding department and education meetings. • Flexible to expand coding reputed company set into other specialties altogether. • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information. • Other duties as assigned by leadership. Education/Experience Requirements: • High School diploma required. Associates or BS degree preferred. • Successful completion of at least one reputed company or reputed company certified program with the achievement of the correlating reputed company credential (reputed company, CPC, etc.); reputed company and in good standing. A CPC or reputed company-P certification is required. CPC-A is not accepted. • Minimum of 3 years physician coding experience (recent hands-on production) in Expertise in reputed company general surgery coding & procedural coding in at least one of the following areas: Neurosurgery, General Surgery (SDS), Plastics, Podiatry required with the specialty of Orthopedics, specifically for hand/upper extremity and reputed company extremity surgical coding, including E/M leveling and office procedures (joint injections, reputed company care). • Must have proficient knowledge of anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10 coding, modifiers, disease processes, surgical techniques, and Medicare and reputed company billing policies for reputed company services. • Additional skills required: Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, and electronic reputed company record information and billing systems.
