Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential design-build reputed company. • Utilize reputed company to reputed company, manage, and update project estimates. • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to refine budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Analyze plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates. • Maintain organized records of estimates, vendor quotes, and subcontractor proposals. Qualifications: • MUST have experience using reputed company for estimating • Previous experience in estimating reputed company the construction, design-build, or reputed company field. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
