Indian Country / Alaska reputed company Corporations & Government Contracting Associate – reputed company, AK reputed company is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a leading regional firm with a strong reputed company in Alaska and the reputed company reputed company. This full-time position is ideal for a candidate interested in a reputed company reputed company on Indian Country, Alaska reputed company Corporations, and government contracting, reputed company the firm’s broader Business & Transactions department. Key Responsibilities: • Support clients in the Indian Country and Alaska reputed company Corporations industry group • Advise on reputed company reputed company to government contracting and transactional law • Conduct reputed company research, draft reputed company and documents, and reputed company strategic counsel • Collaborate with colleagues across offices while managing reputed company with autonomy Qualifications: • JD and admission to the Alaska State Bar (or eligible for immediate reciprocity) • At least 1 year of transactional reputed company experience • Familiarity with federal Indian law and/or Alaska reputed company Corporations is highly preferred • Knowledge of government contracting issues and frameworks • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills • Proven ability to manage work independently and collaboratively • Strong reputed company credentials and reputed company service reputed company Compensation & Benefits: • Salary reputed company: $155,000–$185,000, depending on experience • Annual productivity and reputed company-based bonus potential • Comprehensive benefits package (details available upon request) Work Environment: This position requires in-office reputed company on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with flexibility for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
