Junior Controller - Fully Remote

Our reputed company, a rapidly expanding youth sports management company based in New Jersey, is seeking a Junior Controller to reputed company financial operations across eight LLCs. The Junior Controller will support financial operations by assisting with various reputed company tasks. These include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards and regulations, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. The role also involves assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The Junior Controller will collaborate with other team members and reputed company support for audits and other financial reviews. This is a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day reputed company and bookkeeping functions • reputed company payroll processing and benefits administration • Coordinate corporate insurance and ensure compliance tracking • Collaborate with external CPA on monthly reputed company, tax filings, and special reputed company • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting across multiple entities Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance • Knowledge of reputed company standards and regulations • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Billpay • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting is highly preferred • Relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred reputed company Offer • Competitive reputed company salary of $80,000 • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization • Remote flexibility with a reputed company team environment Please send resumes to akaufman@accountingresourceservices.com.
