Technical Program Manager, Marketing Generative AI
About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute our generative AI roadmap for marketing, prioritizing use cases based on impact and feasibility
• Design and implement AI solutions for content creation, copywriting, image generation, and campaign optimization
• Create sophisticated prompt engineering frameworks tailored for different marketing functions and objectives
• Develop Python scripts for AI integration, data processing, custom workflows, and performance monitoring
• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI tools across marketing technology stack
• Create governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for responsible AI use in marketing
• Execute change management strategies to drive AI adoption and capability building
• Train marketing teams on effective prompt engineering and AI tool utilization
• Establish metrics and analyze performance of AI-powered marketing initiatives
• Research emerging AI models and capabilities for potential marketing applications
• Collaborate with legal and privacy teams to ensure compliance in AI implementations
• Document best practices and create knowledge repositories for ongoing AI optimization
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or similar roles
• Demonstrated experience implementing generative AI solutions in business contexts
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and optimizing AI outputs for specific use cases
• Working knowledge of Python for AI integration, data processing, or workflow automation
• Success managing technical implementations with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with change management and driving technology adoption
• Understanding of marketing processes, objectives, and technology ecosystems
• Background in requirements gathering and documentation for technical solutions
Nice-to-haves
• Direct experience applying generative AI models (GPT, DALL-E, Claude, etc.) to marketing use cases
• Advanced prompt engineering skills with demonstrated results in marketing contexts
• Experience with AI model fine-tuning or RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations
• Python programming proficiency specifically for AI applications and integrations
• Experience integrating AI capabilities with marketing automation platforms, CMS, or CRM systems
• Background in marketing operations or MarTech implementation
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible use principles
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies for AI-generated content
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations as they apply to AI and marketing
