Key Responsibilities
- Process salaried pay transactions, attendance tracking, and fringe benefit administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist the Payroll Officer with all aspects of payroll development, providing technical expertise, research, and assistance to colleagues, employees, and administrators.
- Administer retirement, health insurance, worker's compensation, FMLA, and PFML, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and administrators on payroll-related matters, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
