Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.
- Ask probing questions to understand customer needs, persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services, and build strong client relationships.
- Utilize product knowledge to identify new sales opportunities, retain customers, and drive business growth.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Deliver expert customer experiences, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- 3+ months of soft sales experience, including upselling, recommending products or services, soliciting, or telemarketing.
- A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and effective communication skills.
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends (if required).
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong academic foundation.
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, ensuring minimal interruptions and optimal productivity.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing sales environments.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a reliable High-Speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

- Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with a proven ability to stay motivated and productive.
- Strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
