Job Responsibilities

As a Math Instructor/Tutor with Mathnasium of Green Bay, your key responsibilities will include:

• Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Working collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assessing students9 learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Eagerness to learn and be trained on our proprietary methodology and materials
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance various ongoing tasks and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Experience working with children is preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a math instructor or tutor
