Responsibilities

• Establish procedures and processes surrounding recruitment and policy development.
• Deliver business solutions to employee relation issues, including legal compliance and general operations.
• Utilize HR software platforms to manage client needs.
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in recruitment and policy development.
• Ability to deliver business solutions for employee relations issues.
• Familiarity with HR software platforms.
