Pinterest & Blog Growth Strategist for Wedding Photographer

We’re hiring a strategist to support a wedding photographer’s online growth through Pinterest and blog content. This role goes beyond simple posting — it’s about creating a system that consistently shares galleries in a way that tells a story, drives traffic, and strengthens the brand’s presence online. What You’ll Do + Squarespace blog publishing → For each wedding/session gallery, create a Recent Work blog post that flows like a story and highlights the couple’s day beautifully. Example: Recent Work posts + Pinterest distribution → Upload and schedule pins through Tailwind (or your preferred tool), ensuring posts are optimized for reach, saves, and click-throughs. Example boards: Pinterest profile + Growth strategy → Think beyond posting. Optimize keywords, create board strategies, and recommend improvements that help drive traffic and inquiries. + Workflow integration → Work with us via Notion alerts (or similar) so you’re notified when a gallery is ready for blog + Pinterest scheduling. What We’re Looking For + Strong understanding of Pinterest growth strategy (how to grow traffic, not just post content). + Experience publishing on Squarespace (or similar platforms like Wix/WordPress). + Familiarity with Tailwind or other scheduling/automation tools. + An eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling — content should feel editorial, clean, and cohesive with the brand. + Bonus: Experience creating blog content for SEO and/or pins for Etsy shops or similar creative businesses. Time Commitment + Light weekly workload: typically 1–3 hours per week depending on gallery volume. + Opportunity to grow as more sessions are delivered and as content strategy expands (blog posts, Etsy pins, seasonal campaigns).
