Senior Principal, AI Governance (Remote Work Option)

About the position Responsibilities • Spearhead the development of governance frameworks for AI systems. • Ensure alignment with ethical, regulatory, and corporate standards across multiple geographies. • Oversee AI policy development and data stewardship practices. • Act as an advisory leader on AI ethics and data governance strategies to executive leadership. • Establish governance protocols for managing AI lifecycle processes from data collection to model deployment. • Drive the establishment of key performance metrics for ethical AI use and risk management. • Identify areas for improvement and innovation in governance frameworks. Requirements • Graduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Regulatory Policies, Information Science, or Information Systems. • 2+ years of experience in AI Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Data Governance, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Strong understanding of AI risks, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks.
