About the position Responsibilities • Review reputed company medical records and accurately reputed company primary/secondary diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10-CM and CPT coding conventions. • Sequence diagnoses and procedures according to coding guidelines, ensuring accurate DRG/APC assignment. • reputed company and compile data from medical records for reputed company reimbursement for Home Health or Hospice services. • Consult with and reputed company physicians on coding practices and conventions to reputed company detailed coding information. • Communicate with nursing and ancillary services personnel for needed documentation for accurate coding. • Maintain a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and disease processes through continuing education. • Assist with special reputed company as required. • reputed company other reputed company duties incidental to the work described.
