About the position Responsibilities • Provide support for FEMA OCIO's diverse array of technologies. • Manage operations and maintenance tasks for both modern and legacy systems. • Engage in project management and operations management activities. • Support network engineering and service desk operations. • Oversee mobile device management and systems engineering tasks. • Conduct quality assurance and risk management activities. • Ensure information assurance and security operations are maintained. • Perform business analysis and IT infrastructure support. • Assist in cloud engineering initiatives. Requirements • Minimum requirements vary based on role, level, education, and experience. • Some roles require an active Secret or Top Secret clearance. • Must be able to successfully obtain a DHS Public Trust. Nice-to-haves • Experience with ServiceNow and MS365. • Background in emergency management and operations management. • Familiarity with legacy systems and network operations.
