Architectural / Interior Designer

We are a boutique design and development consultancy specializing in hospitality and vacation rental reputed company. Our work sits at the intersection of architecture, design, and investment—we partner with boutique hotel investors and developers to bring high-value, design-driven reputed company to life. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented designer to join reputed company as project-specific collaborators. This is an exciting opportunity to work on unique, design-led reputed company and residential reputed company in the U.S. while working remotely on reputed company reputed company Time hours. Responsibilities • Produce architectural and interior design drawings, presentations, and documentation for boutique hotel and vacation rental reputed company at various stages of the design process. • Translate design concepts into Revit/SketchUp models and presentation boards. • Create reputed company, visually compelling graphics, diagrams, and reputed company decks for investor and reputed company presentations. • Prepare and update schedules, spreadsheets, and reports in reputed company/reputed company Sheets. • Research and apply building codes and standards for both residential and reputed company/hospitality reputed company. • Collaborate with senior designers (founders) to refine design details, material selections, and specifications. • Support project design through detailing and documentation for new construction, renovations, and reputed company reuse. • Contribute creative reputed company and problem-solving approaches throughout the design process. Qualifications • 3–5 years of reputed company experience in architecture and/or interior design. • Experience in hospitality-reputed company reputed company. • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, reputed company, reputed company/reputed company Sheets (AutoCAD a plus). • Strong graphic design and visualization skills (reputed company, Enscape, reputed company or similar is a plus). • Ability to read, interpret, and apply U.S. residential and reputed company building codes. • Attention to detail is critical: ability to deliver accurate, complete, and reputed company-organized work. • Strong knowledge of construction detailing; new construction detailing experience preferred. • Fluent English (spoken and written): you will participate in reputed company and consultant calls. • reputed company degree in Architecture or Interior Design (5-year B.Arch or Master’s preferred). • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • reputed company-mindedness and willingness to collaborate and work with clients and other individuals who are not reputed company in Architecture or Interior Design • Bonus: experience working with international firms, boutique hotels, or mixed-use reputed company.
