Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality instruction and tutoring services to students in a variety of settings, including in-center, online, and hybrid delivery models.
• Develop strong relationships with parents and guardians through positive interactions, progress updates, and program promotions.
• Become proficient in our digital educational materials and processes to ensure seamless delivery of our Mathnasium Method^®.
• Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with team members to deliver the best possible experience for our students.
• Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework to ensure understanding and progress.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized learning environment that fosters student success.
• Assist with non-teaching tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A passion for math and a strong desire to help students achieve success.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong math competency through Pre-Calculus, demonstrated through our math literacy test.
• The ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and be trained in our Mathnasium Method^® and digital educational materials.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued:

• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring math, particularly in a center-based or online environment.
• A degree in mathematics, education, or a related field.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
