About the position Responsibilities • Hands-on training to facilitate learning with guided mentorship • Monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation activities • Producing schedules and reporting that are leveraged to make informed business decisions • Creating accurate financials and maintaining sound internal controls • Collaborating with experienced financial professionals to ensure we are managing and executing assigned projects and results in a timely and efficient manner • Performing your own analysis projects • Contributing to ongoing projects to be used in process improvements or enhanced analysis • Working cross functionally within other areas of TJX, such as Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, and Marketing • Creating presentations, reports, and communications for Senior Management Requirements • Current juniors • Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Genuine interest in a Corporate Accounting career • Must be available to full-time from January - June 2026 • Strong communication skills • Experience working with numbers • Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually • A high level of curiosity • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Detail oriented • Proficiency in Excel (i.e., pivot tables, charts, v-look up, etc.) Benefits • Competitive salary and benefits package • Hybrid work model • Volunteer and networking events • Challenging, collaborative, team-based environment • Inclusive culture where all Associates feel welcome, valued, and engaged • Career growth opportunities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
