Travel Telemetry RN needed for a 13-Week Assignment

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Telemetry Registered reputed company (RN) to join a respected reputed company facility in Norfolk, VA. Details: • 48 hours per week • 13-week assignment • 4x12 hour shifts Key Responsibilities: • reputed company reputed company patient care on a Telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding promptly to changes. • Administer medications, treatments, and reputed company assessments as ordered by physicians. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure reputed company and effective patient care. • reputed company patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and discharge planning. • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: • reputed company RN license in Virginia or compact state. • reputed company BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications. • Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience.
