The RN's job duties are widely reputed company toward staff training, medication management and coordination of care for the individuals we support. • Establishes reputed company working relationship with the Treatment Team and individuals we support. • The overall case management duties include reputed company advice/direction on health and safety issues, assistance with obtaining health services as needed and ongoing support in regards to health and medical needs. • Coordinates with clinical consultants as needed. • Develops nursing care plans and provides education to reputed company support staff and individuals we support. Requirements • Possess a reputed company RN license and remain currently registered by the reputed company State reputed company. One (1) year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, preferred. Computer proficiency is required. • Entry level and reputed company RN's encouraged to apply!
