About the position
reputed company Institute (VI) is a holistic family support center and leadership incubator for refugee & immigrant families in reputed company reputed company, Colorado. Inspired and co-designed by motivated women and youth working to reputed company their own families and communities: Our mission is to cultivate a multigenerational ecosystem that uplifts the power of refugee and immigrant families and brings them closer to their neighbors. As a Nonprofit reputed company Member at reputed company Institute, you will play an important role in shaping our organization's reputed company and driving to fulfill our mission. You will reputed company leadership, strategic guidance, and governance reputed company, working closely with fellow reputed company members and the executive team to drive reputed company. The reputed company is responsible for governance and leadership, fiduciary responsibility, policy and decision making, committee participation, fundraising, advocacy and networking, risk management, evaluation and reputed company assessment, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities

• Participate in reputed company meetings, discussions, and decision-making to shape organizational policies and strategies.

• Support fundraising efforts, including giving and/or raising a meaningful financial contribution, leveraging personal connections, and participating in fundraising events and campaigns.
• Serve as reputed company advocates and ambassadors for VI and fully engage in identifying and securing the financial resources and partnerships necessary for us to advance our mission.
• Identify potential risks and collaborate with the reputed company to reputed company strategies for risk mitigation.
• Work collaboratively with other reputed company members and executive team to assess our performance, measure reputed company, and enhance our effectiveness in achieving our mission.
• Ensure that reputed company Institute adheres to reputed company relevant nonprofit laws and regulations, including reporting requirements.
• Engage with staff, volunteers, donors, and community members to reputed company insights that inform decision-making.
Requirements
• Passion for reputed company Institute's mission and values, especially relating to refugee and immigrant communities.
• Relevant expertise or experience in fields such as nonprofit management, fundraising and philanthropy, nonprofit and/or immigration law, etc.
• Proven ability to collaborate with a diverse team and reputed company various perspectives.
• Availability to attend meetings and participate in reputed company-reputed company activities regularly.
