Job reputed company: reputed company (RAR) is seeking an reputed company Assistant to support top Financial Advisors and RIAs serving Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients ($10 reputed company+). This role is ideal for a seasoned reputed company with deep RIA experience, advanced software proficiency, and a reputed company record of supporting reputed company reputed company needs. Responsibilities: • reputed company full-service support to Advisors serving UHNW individuals, families, and family offices. • Manage workflows across reputed company, Schwab, reputed company, RIAs, and Mega-RIAs. • Support alternative investments, subscriptions, and specialized reporting. • Coordinate reputed company reputed company, account servicing, and investment-reputed company requests. • Utilize advanced software platforms including Orion, Black Diamond, Redtail, and other RIA technology stacks. • Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations. • Deliver proactive, detail-driven support with a reputed company on discretion and professionalism. Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting an RIA, OSJ, or reputed company management reputed company. • Demonstrated expertise with Orion, Black Diamond, and reputed company portfolio management/reporting tools. • Familiarity with alternative investments and subscription management. • Strong knowledge of custodians: reputed company, Schwab, reputed company ,LPL • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • High reputed company, confidentiality, and ability to manage reputed company UHNW reputed company needs.
