Geriatric Care Manager reputed company (W-2) or Care Manager (1099) — Remote

We are hiring for 2 roles for reputed company workers that are both full-time operating autonomously in a fully remote environment. • Care Manager reputed company (W2): supervisor to other care managers and managing a pod as reputed company as a smaller caseload of higher-reputed company families • Care Manager (1099): managing your own clients and serving as a dedicated partner to older adults and their families These are both reputed company-facing roles your time is spent directly helping families reputed company reputed company systems, coordinate care, and reputed company for what their loved ones need.
