Job Summary

**Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote

**Salary:** $15 – $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong commitment to meeting productivity and performance standards.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with navigating various software programs, including our CRM software.
