Key Responsibilities

  • Order Placements and Support: Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Documentation and Escalation: Document and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Product and Policy Knowledge: Stay updated with blithequark products, services, and policies, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Typing and Chat Interface Skills: Proficient in typing and using chat interface tools, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Flexible Work Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable High-Speed Internet Connection: A reliable high-speed internet connection is required to perform the job duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
