Job Summary
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Salary: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter and update data within our systems, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Document Processing: Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems, and create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without errors.
- Data Verification: Verify data by comparing it to source documents, and update existing data as needed.
- Data Retrieval and Organization: Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, and sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
- Data Preservation: Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and maintain the integrity of our systems.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless data flow and address any data-related queries or concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Typing Skills: Fast typing skills with a high level of accuracy; knowledge of touch typing systems is strongly preferred.
