Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, adhering to company standards and policies
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure that issues are fully resolved
- Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Utilize multiple applications and systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to ensure that customer needs are met
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
