Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Online Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a representative of blithequark, you'll interact with our passengers to provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, handle booking requests, and ensure a smooth travel experience for all our passengers – all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

As an Online Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with booking and reservation changes, including providing information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
