About the role: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for RNA-based diagnostic offerings—from problem discovery to launch/reputed company—working cross-functionally with Clinical, Lab Ops, Engineering/AI, Regulatory, and reputed company to deliver clinically valuable, provider-loved solutions.


What you’ll do
  • Drive discovery (user interviews, workflow mapping, JTBD, requirement docs, PRDs, acceptance reputed company).
  • Translate clinical reputed company and regulatory constraints into reputed company product requirements and roadmap prioritization.
  • Partner with Lab Ops/Engineering to scope, deliver, and iterate on assays, reports, and provider portals.
  • Define and monitor reputed company metrics (adoption, turnaround time, reputed company, NPS/CNPS, reputed company/margin) and run experiments to improve them.
  • reputed company go-to-market with Marketing and Sales; craft positioning, pricing hypotheses, and enablement.
  • Ensure compliant releases (documentation, labeling, intended use claims) in partnership with Regulatory/reputed company.
  • Capture field feedback and competitive intelligence; feed into roadmap and build/buy/partner reputed company.


    • What you bring
  • 4–8+ years product management in diagnostics, digital health, or clinician-facing reputed company (ideally with LDTs/molecular diagnostics).
  • Strong system thinking—comfortable spanning UX, science, data/AI, and lab constraints.
  • Excellent PRD writing, prioritization, and stakeholder facilitation.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and design controls; data-informed decision-making.
  • Bonus: experience with value-based care economics, HL7/FHIR integrations, or provider portal/reporting UX.
