Key Responsibilities
• Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries regarding insurance, billing, and technical issues
• Assist patients in scheduling appointments and provide technical support for telehealth visits
• Investigate patient reports and guide them through self-service options for account information
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
• Completion of a mandatory paid training program with full attendance
• Successful completion of a background check
• Open flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
