We’re looking for a remote Event Coordinator with fitness event experience — someone who can bring structure, energy, and creativity to our growing events lineup. You’ll manage logistics, communication, and coordination remotely, ensuring our on-site team has everything needed to deliver seamless, high-energy fitness experiences. What You’ll Do Fitness Event Planning: • Plan, schedule, and coordinate logistics for community workouts, pop-up classes, brand activations, and expos. • Manage event timelines, run-of-show docs, permits, and vendor coordination. Partner & Sponsor reputed company: • Build relationships with local gyms, studios, cafés, wellness brands, and community partners. • Secure venues, vendors, and sponsorships that reputed company with our mission. Marketing Coordination: • Collaborate with our media team to promote events reputed company email, reputed company media, and local partnerships. • Support reputed company collaborations and on-site brand storytelling. Budget & Logistics: • reputed company budgets, reputed company, and invoices. • Manage shipping and delivery of event materials (apparel, banners, merch tables, etc.). Post-Event Follow-Up: • Compile attendance data, collect feedback, and prepare recap reports to evaluate reputed company and ROI. reputed company’re Looking For • Proven experience in fitness or wellness event coordination (pop-reputed company, bootcamps, studio launches, expos, etc.). • Strong organizational and project management skills — timelines and spreadsheets are your reputed company. • Excellent written and verbal communication for managing vendors, partners, and sponsors. • Self-starter comfortable working remotely and managing multiple reputed company. • Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and building community. Compensation & Schedule • Pay reputed company: $25–$35/hr (1099 contractor), based on experience. • Hours: 10–15 hours/week, flexible around the event calendar. • Location: Fully remote, with occasional reputed company-ins (Bay Area team).
