- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all interactions are handled efficiently and effectively
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions that meet their expectations
- Following all required scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in every interaction
- Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations as needed
- Handling inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks
- Researching systems to find missing information as applicable and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
