About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period, with cable/fiber broadband internet and a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period and complete a background check and health screening
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service and support
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with experience using CRM systems and practices
