About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Virtual Customer Service Associates to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls throughout scheduled shift, assisting customers with healthcare claims and enrollment
- Develop a warm and friendly approach, building a good rapport with callers and providing consistent, high-quality customer support
- De-escalate and manage difficult calls, remaining professional and level-headed in all interactions
- Utilize excellent listening skills, research, and attention to detail to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Navigate multiple applications and tasks, quickly transitioning from one to another with ease
- Provide top-notch service to customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting our mission
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of call center experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 25 WPM typing speed and keyboard shortcut knowledge
- Proficiency with dual monitors and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a private, dedicated, distraction-free, and quiet workspace
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload
- US-based internet service provider and a hardwired connection (wireless is not available)
- Two 22" monitors with a video adaptor
- Ability to successfully complete the mandatory paid 4-week training with 100% attendance

Training and Development
Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. As a new team member, you will participate in a 4-week training program, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST. During this time, you will learn about our systems, processes, and policies, as well as develop the skills needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Equipment and Workspace Requirements
To ensure your success in this role, you will need to have a dedicated workspace that meets our HIPAA requirements. This includes:
- A private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- Two 22" monitors with a video adaptor
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload
- A US-based internet service provider and a hardwired connection (wireless is not available)
