Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as being internet savvy and able to navigate our systems with ease.
- The ability to type quickly and accurately, with a high level of proficiency in responding to emails and live chats.
- Access to a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 kb/s, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from your remote workspace.
- A quiet, secure, and dedicated home workspace, with the ability to be available to accept customer contacts and work a flexible schedule that may include early morning, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
