Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our virtual team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing superior customer experiences to our consumer card members. You'll resolve customer queries, offer personalized solutions, and ensure that every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer experiences on calls to consumer card members, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, efficient, and effective.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Offer personalized solutions and alternatives to customers, leveraging your knowledge of blithequark's products and services.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor your approach to meet their expectations.
  • Ensure that every customer interaction is compliant with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and quality scores.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a strong ability to resolve customer issues and address service situations.
  • Demonstrated dependability, self-motivation, and change management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a 24/7 or rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work environments and virtual team collaboration tools.
  • Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field.
