  • Sales and Persuasion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to upsell or cross-sell services, enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to promote special offers or new features, creating engaging conversations that drive customer interest.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with team members and relevant departments to manage customer-related projects or escalated issues effectively. Monitor and track customer feedback and issues, compiling data for reporting and analysis to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Technology Utilization: Stay updated on Blithequark’s services, technology updates, and best practices to ensure comprehensive support and guidance. Navigate and input customer data into CRM systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring streamlined processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for team performance by adhering to established protocols for communication and service delivery. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and maintain a cohesive support experience.

Requirements

Experience
