Salesforce Administrator
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs into scalable solutions, ensuring our Salesforce environment continues to evolve alongside our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
• Customize objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, data imports/exports, and deduplication.
• Generate dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support and training.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to identify process improvements.
• Stay up to date on Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce configuration (custom fields, workflows, process builder, flows, etc.).
• Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with multiple teams.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange solutions.
• Familiarity with automation tools and APIs.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.).
