Job Summary
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner through live chat. You will be the face of Blithequark's customer service, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
- Document Customer Interactions: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Product Features: Stay up-to-date with new product features and updates, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a chat support environment.
- Excellent Written Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
