ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect (Remote Based)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Review architectural decisions and solutions to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical leadership in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow modules.
• Drive timely resolution of critical production issues and performance optimization.
• Lead and mentor the team, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Identify system monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to drive ServiceNow governance and best practice adoption.
• Develop solutions in ServiceNow and prepare estimates.
• Work with end users to troubleshoot and address issues.
• Create and modify workflows and migrate data from different tools into ServiceNow.
Requirements
• Advanced ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
• Strong expertise with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS.
• Experience handling operations projects as a lead and architect.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with ITIL process implementation.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
