Job Summary

Blithequark is seeking proactive and customer-focused individuals to join our Live Chat Customer Service team. As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries via live chat. This role requires a high level of customer interaction, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Efficiently resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and document interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Provide Product and Service Information: Offer information about products, services, and order status updates, and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support tiers as necessary.
  • Maintain Knowledge of Services and Policies: Stay up-to-date with Blithequark's services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Gather Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and make suggestions for improvements to enhance our customer experience.
  • Manage Multiple Chat Sessions: Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously in a virtual environment, prioritizing and organizing tasks effectively.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent Written Communication Skills: Possess excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers via live chat.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Independence and Multitasking: Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and organizing tasks effectively.
  • Reliable Technical Equipment: Have a high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer, with a quiet and dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • College Degree: A college degree is preferred but not mandatory, with a focus on fields such as business, communications, or a related field.
