About the Role: Warehouse Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-reputed company Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at our reputed company Chester, PA location. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions with our customers, processing orders, and coordinating logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a reputed company, professionaloice, and courteousoiceoice manner
• Process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Select carriers and coordinate with consignees for appointments
• Collaborate with CSR teams and LTL carriers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
