As a Customer Accounts Advisor at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with their lease agreements and products, driving long-term relationships and revenue growth.

The Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Accounts Advisor at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through in-home visits and phone calls to promote lease agreement renewals and timely payments.
  • Effectively communicating the benefits of lease agreement renewals and persuading customers to renew their agreements.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Account Manager to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
  • Assisting with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and other tasks as directed by management.
  • Cleaning and certifying merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for personally returned items.
  • Completing and maintaining weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and daily route sheets.
  • Safely operating a company vehicle and loading, securing, and protecting products.
  • Providing support to the Sales Team as needed.
  • Performing other reasonable duties requested by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Accounts Advisor at blithequark, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications

  • A valid state Driver's License (United States) or compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory MVR (driving record).
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and potentially weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and up to 300 lbs. with the aid of a dolly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn our store computer system.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of retail or customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing environment.

Compensation and Benefits
