Job Summary

This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary based on experience. As a Supervisor Customer Service at blithequark, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that customer service inquiries are handled promptly and effectively, and developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching as necessary to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that customer service inquiries are handled promptly and effectively, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's mission and values and that they meet the needs of our customers.
  • Analyze customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that our customers receive a consistent and exceptional level of service.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner, using your problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations and find solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and customer feedback, using data and analytics to inform your decisions and drive improvements in customer service.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience as a customer service supervisor or similar role, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
