About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing inbound and outbound telephone support to our customers and agents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with requests, both written and verbal, and provide proficient servicing of all product types, with consistently increasing transaction knowledge. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls from agents and customers, assisting with a variety of inquiries, including status on pending new business applications and pending in-force transactions, assisting with specific in-force policy questions, product information, information on rates, and service issue resolution.
  • Requires a working knowledge of processes and procedures for New Business, Claims, and In-force Back Office, navigating multiple administrative systems.
  • Document detailed and concise notes on all interactions, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Train and assist Associate CSRs, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a high level of customer support.
  • Process and maintain department SLAs by processing progressively more complex transactions and servicing customer requests with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
  • Perform additional tasks at the request of management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $21.00-$31.96, plus eligibility for an annual bonus program, recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Associate CSR skills, plus proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to navigate multiple systems and tools while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to customer support, anticipating needs and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Empathy and a willingness to mentor new hires, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a high level of customer support.
  • A high school education or equivalent experience, with 6 months to a year of experience working as an Associate CSR or equivalent experience.
