Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of products and services to ensure that you're always up-to-date on the latest offerings.
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing and organizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred; typing accuracy and speed are essential for success in this role.
- Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required; familiarity with chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; gaming experience can be helpful in developing these skills.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and chat platforms; familiarity with automotive and recreational vehicle industry terminology and concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
