Key Responsibilities:

  • Live Chat and Phone Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Customer Engagement: Make outbound customer calls for follow-up and upselling purposes, building strong relationships with our customers and promoting our products and services.
  • Quality Checks: Call customers from the prior day to conduct quality checks and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Contact maintenance customers to schedule visits and ensure timely completion of services.
  • Promotions and Upselling: Call customers on our list to offer promotions and upsell our products and services.
  • Review Follow-up: Follow up on customer reviews, both positive and negative, to gather feedback and improve our services.
  • General Inbound Customer Service: Handle general inbound customer service inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with excellent typing skills and accuracy.
